Resilience and Recovery:
While a lot of things have changed in the last two years, the end of the summer will once again see September bring its familiar traits, but the question facing many employers will it bring with it the familiarity of a return to the workplace? The answer is we are close to “near normal” and with September being synonymous with new beginnings and learning. We need to look at upskilling or reskilling as one of the best solutions in keeping up with the demands of an evolving job market and whatever changes Covid has left us with. For individuals, learning helps to broaden horizons and encourage self-development. With this new knowledge, they may be able to identify new opportunities for your organization or identify more efficient ways of working. Positive attitudes towards learning are important drivers, to improve performance, motivate and can lead to new opportunities in the future. The world is so big and yet so small it’s important you know everything you need to know to be successful in this world.
GROW Training provide over 100 e-learning courses for a range of sectors, also we have a mix of face-to-face and online learning a blended approach.
